Starting out our day from Holland Lake Lodge...
The video below is from when we were descending from a intense climb to 6,680 ft. We were on the edge of Richmond Peak. We were starting our 10 mile descent on a single trackIt was heaven and worth the climb!
The weather was changing constanty. It was warm, it was cold....1. At one point we prepared ourselves for the rain. we saw it coming, the wind picked up we felt the drops. We pulled the bikes under the trees...Suddenly the wind changed direction and blew the storm out over the valley. We never got rain until we pulled into the motel parking lot! It started raining as we were taking off our equipment.
